Cancellation & Returns
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. In addition, we voluntarily grant an extended right of return of 30 days.
Return Conditions
The chair must be in the same condition as when received, the original packaging must be present, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Initiating a Return
Contact us by email at hello@atelier-merkando.com. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: Atelier Merkando, c/o Merkando Solutions UG, Wilhelmstr. 19, 35392 Gießen. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Damage and Defects
Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt. In case of damage or incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately at hello@atelier-merkando.com.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. For delays exceeding 15 business days, please contact hello@atelier-merkando.com.
No Right of Return
There is no right of return for custom-made or personalized items, as well as for sale items and vouchers.
